G-Fuel Dribble was a Rocket League 3v3 charity tournament fundraiser for the American Red Cross.

Rocket League is an exciting game simply comprised of cars playing soccer. With its sporty nature, it made for an exciting medium to edit a highlight video like mine, which emphasizes the exciting gameplay just as much as it does the exciting prospect of our players and audiences supporting the Red Cross through Matcherino.

G-Fuel Overdrive was a charity tournament for the recently-released Guilty Gear Strive, raising funds for the American Red Cross while also raising a prize pool for its 32 participants.

With over $1800 dollars raised for the Red Cross and $1700 for the tournaments winners, the event was a resounding success. My task was to represent the event, its charitable nature, and its primary sponsor, G-Fuel, harmoniously together in one recap video.

This is a short recap made of about an hour of footage of prominent tournament organizers articulating their gratitude for Matcherino, the free-to-implement community fundraising program that has helped the FGC survive and sometimes thrive online throughout the course of the pandemic.

In order to avoid redundancy in the messaging, I listened very particularly for which moments in each video could be in conversation with one another, or provide a thematic transition opportunity.

Trios for triumph, sponsored by powerA and Lucidsound, was a warzone tournament with dozens of streamers and broadcasters playing in their teams of 3 for upwards of $2000 dollars in prizing. Many streamers were sent the gaming accessories that our sponsors were looking to sell, and even performed well while using them-- making for a very effective marketing tool. my recap video is part of this marketing campaign.
